Form of Payment 

****All Services Require A Minimum Deposit of $85.00 depending on the service.  

*****Payments Can Also Be Made "ONLY AFTER" Event Date and Time Has Been Confirmed. ******All Canceled Services is charged A  $40.00 cancellation Fee per "character" unless you have a rescheduled Date. No fees are incurred if your date is rescheduled****

We are located in East Hartford, CT and we service 15 miles from location at no extra cost. Our characters will travel outside of our service area for a travel fee (ranging from $10- $35).

If your event is more than 35 miles away, please include that in your appearance request as it may affect our availability and travel fees!
